I'm always seeing polite, well-meaning atheists telling you what immoral, disgusting, reprehensible, misguided people you are, and how you are ruining the world for decent people, and probably abusing small animals in your spare time besides. And instead of being grateful for their honest concern for your spiritual welfare, you get all hostile and stuff.

Coming up to spring here in good ole New Zealand, and our efforts to raise a few monarch butterflies have ended in disaster, as the praying mantis from our Hebe are praying on our caterpillars!

Apart from moving the swan plant, is there anything else I can do?

Id prefer not to kill off the mantis,but would love to see a few monarchs that we helped raise.

Its disappointing seeing them get all fat, then dissapear, but we found a praying mantis munching on one.
