What color is associated with each month in the year?

I'm making a calendar and I just wanna know what colors go  with each month. I can only use limited colors. I can use red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, black, and brown. Now I'm probably going to use each color more then once but i want to limit that as much as possible because i want each month to be unique. And I'll go ahead and tell you what I had in mind for each month but I'm always open to new ideas. January-black (since I don't have white), Feburary-red, March-green, April-yellow, and October-black and orange. All ideas are welcome. Thanks

Black is a bit dismal for January...I would suggest blue for ice.  May, for Mother's Day, I'd say purple and June could be a mix of black and brown for Dad.  July red and blue - too bad you don't have white.  The August birthstone is green, so maybe that mixed with blue for sky?  September could be fall colors; red, orange and yellow.  November brown, red and orange and December red and green for Christmas.  Hope that helps!

January: Blue: people think of blue with snow as good as white February: purple: that is the month of love so reds March: inexperienced: Spring is starting and the whole lot growing, grass, timber, and plant life and St. Patrick's Day April: pink: vegetation Spring Time could: Yellow: it can be establishing to get sizzling more sun. Solar=Yellow June:? July:? August: gray: Stormy weather September: Orange- The Leaves are altering to oranges, and reds October: Black/Orange- Halloween November: Brown- virtually the whole thing in nature(trees grass) is dead and Brown is associated with Thanksgiving day also!! December: White Snow
