What is Your Favorite Runaways song ?

The 1970's Girl Group featured Lita Ford, Sandy West, Jackie Fox, Joan Jett and Cherie Currie.

despite not being a hit in the US they were huge in Japan. Plus I like their rendition of Mama Weer All Crazee Now. What about you ?

Actually they were well-known in the U.S. in certain regions like southern California. They just weren't as mainstream as, say, Alice Cooper or Led Zeppelin, because no one was used to the idea of an all-girl rock and roll band, so a lot of people gave them hell and treated them like a gimmick.

Anyway my favorite is Schooldays. I particularly love Joan's vocals on that track. A couple other favorites include "I love playing with fire" and of course the first song Joan ever wrote, "You drive me wild".
