Best way to convert WAV files to MP3 files?

I haven't been on here in like a month! How is everybodyy? Have I missed much?

Yeah man thanks a lot, appreciate it, I wanna get some people to rap to a couple beats first then I might sort an EP out, got some classic CD's to sample from recently so should have a couple new ones up soon!
