Please answer this... Are there pain medications without dizziness, sleepiness and ibuprofen in it?

Valerian root (regarding help to rest) seems to have many benefits without side effects (always check with your physician to see whether adverse affects may interfere with prescribed meds and/or OTC meds)

Also, I always believe Yoga even at a snail pace, can lead to positive results.

Chamomile tea or Peppermint tea may help stomach woes.

Whatsoever you decide, be sure to watch any alcohol, cigarette, "vice" activity which could be a major factor.

Otherwise- practice an anti-inflamatory diet.

All pain medications have toxic adverse effects of some kind. You need to find a form of medical treatment that can reverse the disease process. Start with a Chiropractor and a Naturopath or Homeopath.

Naprosin sodium aka advil is one. Tramadol is a prescription but some say it causes sleepiness and others it doesnt.. It is used for moderate to severe pain. May want to give that a shot if the pain is severe enough and ask your doc about it

There's always medical marijuana, if it's legal in your state.
