Help me with a diet!?

Okay so I want to loose a little weight and does anyone know a good dieting plans. No pills or anything like that. Just like a simple home diet plan?

    Simple! Ok always eat breakfast lunch and dinner. Who ever says not to is wrong it's the worst thing to do to yourself always eat all meals. Ok so eat fish and eggs healthy meals. Fruit smoothies if you want. You need a blender Greek yogurt and strawberries. Exercise ride a bike it's spring so might as well. At school lunch pack oranges and healthy stuff. Good luck with that.
