Can i bulk and wrestle at the same time?
I'm 16 130 and bulking for 2 months, I heard you don't want to over do cardio on a bulk, just light 20min cardio session. But freestyle wrestling is starting and I can't go light when I'm fighting another guy. Will this have a negative effect on my bulking?

yes i dont see why not.. the lifting weights is what u want.. for more strength an power
just dont burn out an over train
4-5 days a week.. 40-60 mins is all it takes..
thats all
just make sure u get on glutamine.. it preserves muscle, an also whey protein
an eat 1.5 grams of protein for each pound u weigh
also u can try creatine as well..but that one u cycle on an off
