NEED ANSWER! Is too much lemon/lime bad for me?!?
Ever since I could remember I've had this habit of putting lemon or lime on most foods. I especially put lemon on food I don't like to make it taste better. When I was younger I would get half a lime and eat it with salt.
I'm just wondering if it's going to bring health problems in the future. I'm 18 btw!

no, lemons/limes are still fruits so they got vitamins and what not. so obviously really healthy for you.
if you eat lemons/limes with salt on it's own and do it often, than it's bad for your teeth. but that's about it. Especially if you've done it for years than your body is already adjusted to all that high acidity so you're good to go.

Aside from the damage of typical acid (Teeth, esophagus lining, stomach lining) I don't see why it would cause additional problems. The salt would but that was prior.
