The top and bottom of open windows in Win 7 bugs the heck out of me?
They are semi-transparent and you can see the background and other windows below even though they are out of focus. I hate this!I want to go back to the look of win xp which had solid windows

You can DISABLE THE TRANSPARENCY OF WINDOWS in win7.
Right click on desktop -- personalize -- window color -- uncheck the option ENABLE TRANSPARENCY
or you can apply xp themes available in the internet / apply windows basic theme from "personalize"menu............check it out.......!!!!!!!
