Girlfriend has picture of Ex?

So my girlfriend still has her picture of her ex which she said she will throw out last month. She keeps it in her book because she replaced his picture with ours. She kept it in her book. Now I asked where it is and she said she lost it. I asked how she knew she lost it. And I asked her if she still looks at his picture. fair enough she still does. and she answered me aggressively and defensively. She still runs up to him when they meet and she somehow can't seem to ignore his presence. She says she doesn't love him anymore and she does not hold anymore emotions for him. What do you guys/girls think this means?
