How to gain muscles fast.?

I'm kinda skinny and i want to gain muscle fast for school next year. I want to do it secretly at home. I'm 14 years old. plzz help and don't give me any bull crap.

    If you want fast then steroids. Since steroids are dangerous and your only 14 don't do them. Instead do this:

    Step 1: start with simple exercises. Start with some push-ups, pull ups, crunches, jump squats, 6 count burpees, and all that fun stuff.

    Step 2: Eat ALOT!! I'm not talking nachos and burgers!! Eat lots of fish, eggs, chicken, and drink protein shakes. Also make sure you drink a lot of water.

    Step 3:start hitting the weights. Lift lightly until you get perfect form on the excercises you do. If you don't have weights at home then there's not much you can do with weights but you can improvise. Get some milk jugs and fill them with water. It might not be a gold standard gym but it will make a good set of make-shift dumbells. If you can't find any source of weights then stick to your basic excercises

    Step 5: work hard. Your not going to build a significant amount of muscle over night. If you keep working at it you will eventually reach your goal.

    I'm not a health expert but that's what I did to get big it might work for you too man. Good luck.

    Body weight work outs are key. Push ups and pull up are great! Do as many as you can for the time period you are working out, and drink a protein shake or eat some fish or maybe just have some milk, but protein helps muscle growth. You can do various push ups like decline, incline, military, diamond and clapping to target different areas also to have some muscle confusion, which is perfect for fast results. If you have some weights you can do curls, triceps extensions and even shoulder raises. Just remember you'll be sore at first, but you have to push yourself. Slow proper form, and changing the workouts to get the muscle confusion will give you the best results, oh and don't forget to give your body a day to rest, so your muscles can repair and grow!

    You can Youtube home work out exercises, and also follow the P90x OR Insanity workouts to get an idea on how you can get bigger.

    You get to a gym that accepts 14 year olds.

    There's no fast way, you won't see decent gains till a good 3-6 months, and that's with a really good diet.

    Honestly start eating a lot of pasta and meat, like turkey and chicken especially. Workout doing low amounts of reps with high weight (high as in u can do 8 solid reps and feel the burn) if you really just wanna LOOK buff I suggest getting creatine And loading up on a lot of water but however if you would like to be solid and full don't take it you just won't work out like I previously stated and et SIX times a day.

    Lift weight, eat more protein, get enough calorie, carbohydrates and fats. drink more water and the most important thing is you need to be consistent throughout the process.
