Vegetarian Grocery List?
What are some vegetarian staples to pick up at the grocery store. Items that you buy and eat every week. After watching Farm to Fridge, my entire viewpoint has changed. I had no idea these things were happening and I'm so glad that I know now. I will never go back.

Stay away from canned food. The metals are bad for you. And try to stay away from frozen the frozen food lost its nutrients. Dont be lazy! The most important thing is giving your body good fuel. Your body is a car. The best way to go is as natural as possible! Its worth it! You get an all natural high and feel amazing!
Hope that helps :)

Not to criticize, but Angel sure eats a lot of processed foods. If you would rather skip the preservatives and other weird additives, here's what I buy regularly:
Fruits and vegetables in season or frozen
Potatoes
Dried beans
Canned beans
Whole grain bread, crackers and tortillas
Brown rice
Soba noodles to make my own version of Ramen
Nuts/nut butters
Oatmeal and quinoa flakes hot cereal
Quinoa
Amaranth (look for these specialty grains in the bulk section if your store has one-packaged they are too expensive)
Fat free yogurt
Small amounts cheese made with vegetable rennet
Cruelty free eggs
I keep prepared brown rice in a packet and canned vegetable soup in the cupboard for convenience/emergencies
