can I download torrent files in the UK ?

or have these sites been block ? I tried last night but it didn't work.

    Some sites have been ordered blocked by the courts. There are some that have not been blocked. The ones that are blocked may be accessed through proxy. this page has info and links to get in to those sites

    Depends on your ISP. BT has blocked Pirate Bay, but not Fenopy.se which is even better.
