How to lose weight and tone?

Please can you answer this question fully and I will make you best answer.

So i have this condition I developed 2 years ago and the medicine I take for it makes me gain weight and I'm sporty and I hate being fat when I shouldn't be. I've moved recently so haven't joined a gym yet but nothing I do at home works. I  basically want to lose alot of this weight.  I wan't to get rid of my man boobs too and I wan't to get bigger biceps, I want to build my thighs aswell.

The equipment I have are, 4 kg dumbbells, 3 kg medicine ball, a step up thing. But I can run aswell and stuff like that. 

Can you give me a daily routine so I know what to do; I work better planned.

I am 17, weigh 90kg and am 184cm tall.

    I am so sorry that you get called names and have to take medicine that makes you gain weight!!!!!!

    Ill try my best to help!! :)

    Firstly…to start to increase the size of your biceps...

    start by using ur dumbbells (if you can get heavier ones, do but if u can't no worries they will work!!) Whatever weight you chose to use, make sure you can do around 20 reps with it, and at least 4-6 sets. Also, make sure you have your wrist turned up, so you can work the bottom portion of the bicep, which will give it more size, and tone the bicep more. Another thing you can try is just good old fashioned pull-ups. Strive to complete 3 sets of 10 reps. Doing this will definitely give you the results you are looking for within 2-4 weeks of training 5 days a week. Always remember that there is such a thing as over working your biceps, after a good training session, take 2 days off from that body part, before working it again. Chin ups and push ups are also great!

    Help with building your thighs…so some different sports that help build up and tone your thighs to increase the amount of muscle include...running, swimming, cycling, blading, ice skating, skiing, and jumping rope, just to name a few. So if you get a chance to do any of them that's fab!!

    Some other things you can do really easily around your house include…lunges, heel raise, toe raise, squat, lying side lift, step ups (use your block thing or even step up stairs or onto a table if you want more of a challenge), deep knee bends, reverse lunge, side split squat

    To lose weight...eat really healthy, do all of these excersies + sit ups. Also if u can join a gym that's great!! If not, no stress!!

    Also if you want to, green tea (unsweetend) is very good for you. It will boost ur metabolism and it contains 0 calories!! :)

    So basically. Aim for 30mins - 1h each day. Create a cycle of excersies to work the biceps, thighs and any other excersies that you wish and go through them. Spend around 2 mins on each excersie before moving to the next.

    One last thing…an important tip I want to share with you is to drink heaps of water, especially just before you eat. Yeah you've heard it before, whatever. But really! Hear me out...besides giving you a natural glow and what not, if u drink water just before a meal it will fill you up. Therefore you eat less without starving yourself. Hence, loosing weight! :D
