Would you still ride public transit if someone got stabbed inside a bus?

People die doing just about everything. If you stop doing something when somebody dies doing it, then you'll eventually wind up crouched in the corner of your bedroom doing nothing. Wait, people die in their rooms too.

I would still ride the bus! I mean, that's ridiculous... Did people stop going to school just because of a school shooting? Stop driving just because of a 75-car pileup not too far from where they lived? Stop swimming just because someone drowned? No, we're at risk of dying every day, in everything we do; you still have to do stuff, and as long as you can defend yourself, then you should be okay.

I don't have much fear, and personally I know how to defend myself. More than likely I would kill the attacker without being seriously injured.

Its true all life ends around us and our time is coming! I do not like walking!

It is still safer than driving, where over 100,000 are killed a year.
