Poll: How to pass a pre-employment personality test?

I know this isn't the correct section to post this question but I figured I would get the most answers here. I took the pre-assessment test for chase to become a personal banker. I don't know how or why but I failed. Unlike other pre-assessments that I have taken, this didn't have a time limit so I took 1.5 hours to complete it. I know I didn't fail the math section so I'm wondering how I didn't pass the personality section. Does anyone have any advice on how to pass the personality section of the pre-assessment test? I plan on taking the assessment for Wells Fargo and I don't want to fail.

Thanks in advance for the answers.

You have to trust the potential employer to know what they're looking for

Answer the test honestly, if you have the right traits you will be successful. If not, then you have to accept that the role would not have suited you

Altering your answers to 'pass' the test may only result in you being offered a position that you will not be able to do, or will be unhappy doing

    Very best of luck

For a position like that, it's going to be all about sales. So you need to be motivated, driven, goal oriented, people person, outgoing, friendly...
