Question about creatine?

I'm taking creatine, whey protein and soon glutamine. How do I lose all the water that creatine has added?

    The best way is stop taking creatine. You need to cycle that stuff every

    5 to 6 weeks.

    If you are eating red meat you get enough creatine.

    Too much creatine can cause hardening of the arteries.

    Creatine is what adds all that water weight. It won't go away until you stop using it.

    Creatine monohydrate is also known for causing the worst bloating, so if you want to reduce that feeling, try looking into other forms of creatine. Cell mass is a decent creatine product.
