Gun manufacturer's don't sell directly to the black market. They go through unregulated gun shops.

No record of who buys the gun = no accountability. It's based on the honor system. The NRA had the ATF neutered.

Gun dealers must have an FFL. This is mandated by federal law and each purchase must be documented and the background check on the buyer must take place. Any dealer that violates this rule gets shut down, fined and put in jail if caught violating laws.
Most felons get guns from:
1. Straw buyers (people who buy guns and then sell them to others).
2. Theft.

Where you live?? - there is no such thing as an UNREGULATED GUN SHOP - there are gun shows that allow gun owners (both legal and illegal) to free unrestrained commerce! Ghetto Gun bangers? - what the heck is that? People steal guns all the time, and they end up in the hands of criminals willing to shoot to get what they want.

Most illegal guns are obtained through theft from legitimate owners or through criminal straw purchasers--there are not unregulated gun shops.

Why not hand grenades, or rocket launchers, these are ARMS? Seems the NRA would support.
