What guns will be available to ghetto gun bangers when gun shops are held accountable for black market weapons?
Gun manufacturer's don't sell directly to the black market. They go through unregulated gun shops.

Or will they justify rewriting its meaning?
13 AnswersPolitics8 years agoHow many death by Machine Guns were there in the US last year?
I assume the answer is few.
What is stopping criminals from using these weapons despite the law?
Is that an example of effective gun control?
5 AnswersMilitary8 years agoIt is ignorant to say the US is bankrupt?
The US has no problem borrowing from others or creating more money to pay its bills. You don't go bankrupt until you default on your obligations.
13 AnswersPolitics8 years agoCan one persons "faith" be more legitimate than another persons?
And if no, isn't anyone that legitimizes faith responsible for the actions of others in the name of their faith?
In other words, in order to defend the legitimacy of your faith, don't you have to defend the actions of others in upholding their faith, regardless of their acts?
3 AnswersPolitics8 years agowould a judge listen to a personal injury claim with no doctor report?
Someone slipped on a step in my house where I was missing a handrail. They hurt their butt for a few days. She never went to a doctor, and said she was fine within a couple of days.
Would any judge take that seriously?
2 AnswersLaw & Ethics8 years agoDoes a sore butt from slipping on a step constitute an injury in court?
Several months ago a renter slipped on the stairs in the house I own. There was no handrail. She had a hurt butt for a few days and never went to see the doctor as far as I know. Now she is suing.
Anyone know what I might be liable for, if anything?
This is in Oregon
(and yes...I'm looking into an attorney)
2 AnswersLaw & Ethics8 years agoDid Obama save the country by proposing the sequestration?
...and getting republicans to agree to raising the debt ceiling?
Otherwise the economy would have ended as we know it.
7 AnswersOther - Politics & Government8 years agoWhy doesn't the government issue home mortgages?
Banks have proven they fail at "weeding out" risky mortgages.
The government lends at 0.25%, which would cut most mortgage payments in half for people. Instead, we get 4% from banks and they keep the profit.
The banks sell the loans back to the government, and so we are all on the hook for the risk anyway.
The only downside is banks make less profits.

2 AnswersGovernment8 years agoIs letting a temporary tax cut expire the same as raising taxes?
Seems more like a temporary tax cut to me.
4 AnswersPolitics8 years agoIf Obama is trying to bankrupt the country, why is growth in spending the slowest in decades?
http://freedemocracy.blogspot.com/2012/05/obama-sp...
http://www.factcheck.org/2012/06/obamas-spending-i...
Or is he just not doing enough to stem the spending of past administrations?
*note that 2009 is credited to Bush because it was his budget, and that the Stimulus in 2009 passed by Obama has been removed accordingly
4 AnswersPolitics8 years agoHas a (R) President ever proposed a spending cut in their State of the Union Address?
Obama is taking some slack this morning for not outlining any spending cuts. Just seeing if anyone should have expected anything different.
2 AnswersGovernment8 years agoWhat is the Republican solution to Social Security?
I don't see the alternative to people paying into a mandatory system that they can collect from when they retire, so they aren't left without a source of income past their useful age to society.
Republicans want to demonize it as an "entitlement", and cut its funding - but I'm honestly curious what the alternative is.
4 AnswersGovernment8 years agoIf we got big business and unions out of politics?
And that took away some of the power from government and put it back into the hands "of the people"...
Could both conservatives and liberals agree on that?
I'm not arguing that either big business or unions are bad - but it's a conflict of interest if they are regulating/governing themselves.
