would a judge listen to a personal injury claim with no doctor report?

Someone slipped on a step in my house where I was missing a handrail. They hurt their butt for a few days. She never went to a doctor, and said she was fine within a couple of days.

Would any judge take that seriously?

I really wouldn't matter too much. However, it's not because they don't have a doctor report. it's because their damages are minimal. They didn't go to the doctor so there aren't any medical bills. They probably didn't miss work so there aren't any lost wages. And what is a couple of days of a little pain in your butt worth? Not much. She really doesn't have any damages to sue for.

    No.

Person injury claims, by necessity, need injuries that can be testified to by a medical doctor. You can't really sue over a few days of having a sore ***.
