Have You Ever Experienced An Earthquake?

Was in North Ridge, CA after big one. After shocks all the time. One night at about 2:00 AM, after shock work my up, room moving, grabbed pants and my flashlight and out of the room, down the hall and outside. Light poles in parking lot swaying pretty good. Lasted a good two minutes. You have to get out of buildings and into the OPEN as fast as you can. No waiting or dragging backside. Things fall including buildings, ceilings, light fixtures. One Saturday, I had to make a 4 hour run up to the north. There was a 7 story building that I had passed many times. Still standing but medium damage. Tenants had moved out. About 3 hours after I left, we had a good size aftershock. When I came back about 45 minutes after that after shock, that 7 story office building was down. A week before myself and an engineer had crawled under debris of collapse of a second story floor which was laying on the first floor. We were trying to look at the wall/floor connections when we had a good aftershock, we could do nothing but hug the floor and pray. After that we got out of the building and waited a few days before finishing our inspection. Always keep flashlight close and close ready to run and be out of a building FAST. Know how to get out at anytime.

Yes, I experienced an earthquake that measured 7.2 on the Richter Scale. The force of the temblor literally knocked me off my feet.

I have experienced some minor ones but haven't experience this recent one which came yesterday. In news they were saying it was noticed in my city also but actually we didn't noticed it and also none of my friends whom I talked to noticed it.
