What color eyeliners compliment brown eyes?
I have dark brown eyes and fair skin and I'm looking for some colorful eyeliners to compliment my brown eyes. I really want a purple, navy blue and green all with a matte finish. I really like Urban Decay eyeliners but I don't think they have any of those colors with a matte finish except for Sabbath which is a matte navy blue, I've seen swatches of it and it looks really dark...to those who actually own it does it even look blue to you?

Blue is an awesome eye liner color! Normally everyone uses black. But blue really brightens up your eyes.

brown is one of those colours everything can look pretty with it is like black. But coloured eye liners in general are in my opinion a big no no, unless it is fancy dress
