Corvette C6 Z06 vs Aston Martin V12 Vantage in terms of performance who comes out on top?

In the 1/4 the ZO6 will absolutely ***-rape the Vantage, the ZO6 is a solid mid-high 11 second car on the strip, the Vantage isn't touching that. As far as the performance on the turns...the ZO6 was certainly impressive on Nürburgring, absolutely raping the V8 Vantage, like....not even close between the two. I doubt the V12 will make up the huge difference.

But hey, to all of those saying that the Vantage is that much faster than the ZO6...don't let numbers get in the way. The Vantage is gorgeous but the ZO6 is a better performer for half of the cost.

you just got to having a laugh (giraffe ) i think here how can a run of the mill old corvette be compared to a prestige car like an aston martin. what rubbish.

having seen what a corvette handles like it is more akin to a three legged camel than anything remotely like a mark such as a Aston martin in any shape or form a corvette is a straight line dragster and nothing else.

0 to 60 they're similar the Aston Martin has 512BHP and the Corvette has 505BHP but the Aston weighs just a bit more so both of them will do 0 to 60 in about 4 secs. It's the same on top speed they will both do 190MPH but if you raced them both on a track or around the streets and show'em some corners the Aston Martin will leave the Corvette in the gutters.

Aston for sophistication and a drivers automobile, the R8 is merely yet another Audi complete or technologies that takes the using experience away and there are lots round and do not turn heads.

Probably even on the straights but braking and cornering would be the aston martin.

The Aston, especially if the road involves corners.

Z06 has alot more power
