How to write equations having to do with acids and bases in Chemistry (there is an ex below)?

So I have an acid and a base given to me and I am supposed to provide and equation which involves these substances. I am not sure what type of equation (if there is a type of equation for these).

For example: This is a sample problem of the type of exercise I described above. the substance H2 So4 as an acid and HSO4- as a base. Apparently the equation to this acid and base is H2SO4+ H2O two arrows (one going to the left and one going to the right both of them are about equal length, please explain when I would use these double arrows if you can if I am just given a base and an acid) H3O+ plus HSO4-

Update:

MY MAIN PROBLEM is the charges that I am supposed to put if there is any. Fr example I am given H3 PO4 as an acid and for some reason H3PO4 as a base has a minus charge. I do not understand why. The arrows are not my main concern although an explanation.

Please indicate charges for the following if there is any:

base given: F- . Figure our F- in its acid form.

base given: NO3-. Figoure out NO3- in its acid form

acid given: H2PO4-. Figure out its base.

acid given: H2O. Figoure out its base

base given: SO4-2. . Figure out its acid.

acid given: HPO4-2. Figure out its base

acid given: NH-4. Figure out its base.

base given: H20. Figure out its acid.

Update 2:

    Those double arrows (they actually mean forward n backward direction) indicate a revisible reaction which means reactants form products and under suitable conditions products can form those same reactants... Only a single forward arrow means the reaction is irreversible...

    H2SO4 + H2O <==> H3O+ + HSO4- (here its impossible to show reversible arrows but i tried)
