We have a National Wildlfe Reserve within 1/4 mile from where I live and a bald eagle nesting ground just across the River. It is a beautiful walk. I live where Herons run. Hawks and eagles frequent the area.

It's a kind of hummingbird that comes to southern alabama during certain times of Spring and Autumn. It's quite tiny. No bigger than a large moth. It's often mistaken for a moth. I find myself looking forward to it's return. The fact that this creature is a bird is incredible.

i recognize wild birds, i love to verify cardinals for his or her outstanding pink feathers, even if that's continually exciting to verify new birds that I unquestionably have by no skill considered. I also like to observe eagles and hawks fly by utilising and cranes with their wide wing span.

In my area,we have mockingbirds. I think they're really pretty, and sing beautifully. Though its really up to you and your way of thinking. Still, im pretty sure we can all agree that birds are amazing creatures and are great to watch :)

We have many goldfinches that come to the finch feeders in our small yard. Their bright colors, and crazy flying style makes them fun to watch. We also get purple and house finches at our feeders, but not as many. Doves hang out below the feeders to catch the seeds that fall to the ground.
