Find the horizontal asymptote of the rational function?

h(x)=15x^3/7x^2+3

    It doesn't have one. The only function I can think of that is vaguely like yours and that does have a horizontal asymptote is

    h(x) = 15x^3 / (7x^3 + 3)

    which, for large values of x, approaches 15/7 so would have a horizontal asymptote at y = 15/7.
