Value of this King James Rembrandt edition bible, Abradale Press?
How much do you think it's worth:
King james bible
published around 1940
special Rembrandt edition
over 1400 pages, all kinds of colors, paintings, etc. Abradale Press.
I've seen them sold for anywhere from $50 to $1000, or at least the closest replicas that I could find on Amazon.

Like all classics that have been reprinted many times, bibles really don't have much of a second-hand value.
I was amused, when looking up this book, to see people making all kinds of claims about its rarity (including that the 1959 reprint of this edition was a "first edition"). The Rembrandt edition went through many printings. It isn't particularly rare. One reason why particular editions appear to be rare (ie you don't see them on sale) is that there are an awful lot of copies sitting round in people's homes and in churches. They may not be on sale - but people don't want to buy them either.
I could find them going for between $20 and $250 (the $250 was new and unread).
Now, there is a problem here in that the book probably has a value in the secondhand book market of no more than the $250 mentioned - dependent on the condition. The poorer the condition, the less the value. But there are an awful lot of people buying from sites like eBay who really don't know about book values. You may well be able to find people there who will pay over-the-odds.
