Why are they doing another Amanda Knox trial?

Hello Ursula, let me tell you--- Amanda Knox is NOT having a new trial --- The supreme Court is investigating the Court of Perugia to see if mistakes were made in both sides on the second trial, that' s all ---

Just because italian justice is always insecure. Plus, in this case, his innocence it's absolutely uncertain...I don't know the way you americans saw the things, but here's clear Amanda's guiltiness is at least likely. Don't forget also about his step boyfrined Sollecito who's in the sh.it again too, and Rudy Gede too who's already in prison. Us italians don't care about Amanda that much as you could think, we got some more relevant problems unfortunately.

apparently Knox made a deal with the Italians when she was in prison, They will give her freedom if she does not try to cash in on her ordeal by writing a book about it and going on all the talk shows to promote it.

They were hoping the world has forgotten about this case by now.

Amanda has failed to make good on her promise. She wrote a book which will be on sale April 30 and she will be a guest on a talk show on this date. The Italians got angry and they started a new trial for revenge.

Your'e right she wrote a book, they got mad and took back the acquittal. Same thing with Rafael

I also think she broke her "GET OUT OF JAIL FREE" deal with the Italians. When they accepted the bribes to let her out of prison, I think she also agreed to not try to profit from her murder of Meredith. As soon as she got back to the US she decided that there was nothing they could do to her so she went to marketing her story. The real question is whether our current president has the integrity to honor Italy's legal extradition order.
