USB port for Toshiba model # 37AV502U?

I have this model TV. It works perfectly, but when I try to play my xbox, the picture goes black for 5 seconds at a time. The sound is still on, but no picture. I tried turning the "game mode" off and on, and when it is in Game Mode, the picture vibrates. Long story short, it there is supposed to be a firmware update for my TV according to the Toshiba website.. You need to download it onto a flash drive and plug it into the USB port on the TV. Problem is, I can't find the USB port. Where is it on this model. The website said it's on the left hand side, but it's not. I hate being shot at when I can't see where to shoot back. HELP!
