ok right now my paypal account limited because of Identity thing but last year i was able take money from my bank account and send it to paypal account. now i cant and im not comfortable sending them my ssi, photo id, and etc plus im only 18. should i make new account?

Is the problem that you got your account when you were underage?
Why don't you call PP customer support.
Perhaps there is something else you can provide as a proof of identity,
A notarized letter from your bank, attorney, police department etc.
