Matte Finish Waterproof Eyeliners?
I have dark brown eyes and fair skin and I'm looking for some colorful eyeliners to compliment my brown eyes. I really want a purple, navy blue and green all with a matte finish. I really like Urban Decay eyeliners but I don't think they have any of those colors with a matte finish except for Sabbath which is a matte navy blue, I've seen swatches of it and it looks really dark...to those who actually own it does it even look blue to you? What are some good cruelty-free and/or vegan brands of waterproof eyeliner pencils that come in matte finishes of navy blue, purple, green and teal?

NYX is a cruelty free brand, and just came out with some knockoff liquid pencils that are decent dupes of 24/7. Can't speak to the # of matte colors, though, the ones I saw were satin or shimmery. I own UD's Sabbath shadow not the liner, but the shadow is near black and the blue is very subtle, if you don't apply it wet it just looks deep grey or soft black with a blue cast. I imagine the liner is similar, more black than true blue.
Milani's Liquif'Eye pencils come in deep green and purple, more matte than not, but the only blue I've seen in that line is shiny aqua, not dark or matte at all. Milani is not, to my knowledge, vegan or cruelty free, but email them to ask if you like. I do have to point out that shadow plus water plus a fine line brush equals perfect eyeliner, so if you have shadows in the colors you want no reason not to use those as liners. Most people would get more use out of Urban Decay's Black palette for liner than shadow.

Sure there is this type of factor and i've one from MAC... ITS notable. It's liquid eyeliner tho so you have to have a steady hand or else your line is going to appear (and keep) f***** up. I cried my eyes out one time and my eye liner was once still perfectly in location. The only solution to take it off is with make-up remover tho, cleaning soap and water (on account that its water-resistant) wont do the trick.

You could try sephoras own brand. Don't know if they're vegan, though.
Else you could try the milani liquif'eye, (i believe) they're vegan but they have shimmer.
