Any Focusable 240 fps Video Camera at low price such as 10k?
please suggest any camcorder which has the following:
-Focus ring..(mannual focus)
-upto 240 fps highspeed recording...at HD such as 720p or 1080p or lower
-im using it for short film:so i need 1080p full HD recording...
Can anyone suggest lowest price camera with these full conditions..thanks in advance

The least expensive camcorder with a separate focus ring for manual focus that would be worth using for short films would be the Sony HDR-FX1000. Of course, this assumes you don't want to go through the hassle of making a dSLR work for video capture. Neither has the high frame rate you want.
So... get whatever video capture device you want for the majority of the project video and use a Hero GoPro for the fast frame rate sequences. Edit them together in post.
