It's "What the hell" by Avril Lavigne.I don't know why,it's just...I always listen to it but when I listen to it when I'm happy...well...IT CHEERS ME UP EVEN MORE :D

It's a Japanese song, Ashita ga Aru Sa by the Ulfuls. Don't care what mood I'm in..that song always brightens me up.
