International fees Quebec?

Hey, I'm guatemalan and I want to go Canada for my master's degree (Economics/finance). Well, I have heard that if you go to Quebec and you take one french course in addition to your regular courses, you'd be paying tuition as a quebec resident instead of as an int'l student. Is this so or I misunderstood?

Unfortunately, you misunderstood. You will be considered as an international student no matter what courses you take.
