Water Boarding is effective but sometimes takes quite a while to extract information there are Enhanced Interrogation Methods used that are not harmful but they can make subjects defecate. Enhanced Interrogation Methods are good in the sense that you can extract Information without harm to the subject but making the subject vomit, defecate, or afraid of the coercionist can be brutal to the subject mentally and Water Boarding isn't deadly unless you don't know what you are doing and it causes Mental Instability

No. That is torture. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.
A terrorist may well deserve torture. Is it our right to give it to him? What would that accomplish?

What would torture serve, other then perhaps to make you feel better? But it would degrade the moral authority of the US. Torture doesn't work, so quit listening to Dick Cheney.
