Video and sound on the Internet are not in sync. Can you help me fix it?

Whenever I try playing videos on websites such as YouTube, the audio plays normally but the picture starts and stops. Does this have anything to do with my RAM? I only have 1 GB for that.

    try updating your video drivers..flashplayer and java..that may resolve the issue..cheers

    Check the video itself if it has anything wrong with it. Also, updating your drivers, java etc. may help. Check your recorders settings? Maybe it's just you that sees the video choppy and all that, it might be normal for others.

    Update the audio, video drivers & update the flash, java & shockwave plugins
