What smartphone should I get? Droid or WP8?

Okay, I currently have an iPhone 3GS now which I have been using for a long time. I admit, I loved how it works and the App Store is just so robust. But now, I wanna get a new phone and I can't decide which I want... I am choosing between the Lumia 720 and the S3 Mini. Can you please help me choose? And please don't answer if you're biased, and don't tell me to get iPhone, I cannot afford it!

P.S. Please, I am open to suggestions, but don't give me something priced above those...

Ignore what Lane said about Windows Phone being laggy. But for the most part, I would recommend an Android phone (so I recommend the S3 mini) because of the app support being pretty robust (compared to Windows's phone's paltry app selections (many of which are required to be paid for).

However, if you want a phone with the smoothness of iOS and won't be bothered with the app selections, then I would recommend a Windows Phone. If you want a huge amount of customization (with a big learning curve if you're coming from iOS) and a big app selection, then get the S3 Mini. Hope this helped.

I'd recommend the Nokia Lumia 720.

It has Facebook, Twitter, Xbox, Office and Skype built in. It also has Nokia Music for completely free and unlimited music mixes, and HERE Maps - the world's best maps.

It has a larger, more responsive touchscreen that actually reduces glare from the sun - and the glass is more durable too. The Lumia has a much, much better camera - it takes better low-light images and greater detail than some high-end smartphones, and the front-facing camera is the best ever seen on a Nokia (so better than the Galaxy). It also has far superior battery life, and better call quality (noise cancellation).

The only downside is that it lacks some of the apps than Android has. I hope this helps!

Definitely the S3, windows phone sucks!!! The store is overpriced, there isnt any good apps for it, most of the phones lag a lot, and worst of all, they're not open scourced like android.
