Migraine is not considered a vascular disease anymore.?

How come, then, propranolol which works on blood vessels, still works as a migraine prophylactic, and is still prescribed as such?

Because there is so many times of migraine.

Stress/anxiety/heat and other environmental factors can trigger a migraine not just vascular problems.

If its proven that some migraines are caused by vascular problems such as poor blood supply etc then yes them meds will work
