2002 impala ac runs through all vents?
ac works gets cool/heat but it comes through the front vents the defrost vents and the footwell vents no matter what setting I put it on clueless
pls let me know how to fix this very not cool lol

not necessarily the mode door! your ventalation system is controlled by vacuum. the mode door actuator is supplied vacuum on one of two sides to control it's movement. the first thing i would do is go under the hood and make sure the vacuum hose is properly connected to your upper intake manifold. that's a 3400 V-6, right? check on the rear of the upper, near the passenger side corner of the intake. should be a vacuum port in that location. that is where the supply is to the HVAC system.

the blend door should control the temp. the mode door should be at fault.
