Old furnace not igniting?

Deluxe energy saver forced draft upflow gas fired furnace. Its an intermittent pilot. I have had a couple times now that we have woken up to a cold house. I read our manual and found that if I turn the heater down for a minute, then back up it would come back on. That did not work this time. We turned off the power totally to the heater, didn't work. Cleaned the flame sensor rod, nothing. We hear the intake come on, then it will give a click, then a few seconds more and another click. Just keeps cycling, but no flame, and therefore no heat.

If it is not a continuous click then you have a bad ignition module. If it is a continuous click then you probably have a dirty pilot.
