Blue jean shirt with black jeans?

I have a light blue jean shirt but it's a little small so I like to wear it open so should I wear a white shirt under it to go with the black jeans?

    I think it would look nicer with some faded blue jeans. It would be easier on the eyes. With the jean shirt nice and ironed up. Yes have the white shirt underneath. shoes white. earrings definitely, bracelet..maybe.. necklace..small one. Definitely some sun glasses
