Can anyone please tell me how to get better performance from my GPU
My Computer specifications are follows:-
Ram - 4GB DDR3
Processor - Intel Dual-Core E5700@3.00 GHZ
GPU - Intel G41 Express Chipset (I know it is not good)

You can't.
It's an integrated card. There's nothing you can do with it that would even remotely increase performance.
Buy a new GPU, that's your only option. Even the strongest integrated card can't run new games.

You have a integrated chipset video card which is not for gaming at all. Cannot be overclocked. Buck up and save money to buy a real gaming card.
