i have some legal questions about where i work?

rsI work for a small company called Club Per resorts, although it is small, it is pretty crooked and questionable.

My first question is, how many lunch breaks are required in a 11hour shift. These are my usual. Hours, we get 2 ten minute breaks and a 1 hour break, but managements organization skill are pretty lackluster to say the least and our break usually gets cut by half an hour.

Second, we do have hard workers but then also half of my coworkers are very insubordinate, a couple of them even bring pot to work (one them is in. Management). There is constant insubordination, sometimes where its law breaking yet nothing. Is being done about it since there is a lot of favoritism going on.

Third, one of my coworkers got fired recently. Cause she was only available for part time. They are threatening to fire another coworker cause she's pregnant and only available for part time, she even has a doctors note.

Fourth, I organize daycare, and I can only give 15 dogs to one person. There's usually 4 people in daycare. But one of my superiors who does Kennel work is constantly pulling people out of daycare whether they are needed or not. Leaving me or someone else with over 15 dogs, I know for a fact that this is illegal by the department of agriculture. I've reported him to management several time yet nothing has changed.

I'm leaving soon but this is not fair to my coworkers or anyone else who'll want to work there in the future, what can I do about this?

    where are you?

laws vary greatly based on location and jurisdiction.........

in the US, in MOST states, there are no requirements for ANY breaks.....

insubordination is NOT illegal, and neither is favoritism.

firing someone because they can not work when needed is legal, a doctors note or pregnancy is IRRELEVANT if the person can't do the job they may be fired.

they just can't be fired solely because they are pregnant. nothing you have here is illegal.....

there are no laws on how many dogs can be watched at a time or in a kennel at a time..

you know a lot less about what is and is NOT illegal then you think you do. if you have issues you talk to management, if they decide that your concerns are not theirs you can accept it or quit, that is what you can do.
