Parabola problem where the equation equals zero. Help solve please?

I have looked all over the internet but I cannot find a problem similar to this one to help me. The problem states

Find the vertices, foci, and asymptotes of the hyperbola.

(x^2)− (y^2) + 4 = 0

I have solved these when they are equal to 1but now i am stuck on this one.

    What you're looking for is the "y" coordinate of (0,y).

    (1) Add -(x^2) to both sides.

    . . . . . -(y^2) + 4 = -(x^2)

    (2) Add -4 to both sides.

    . . . . . -(y^2) = -(x^2) - 4

    (3) Multiply both sides by -1

    . . . . . (y^2) = (x^2) +4

    (4) Set x to 0 (zero) and solve...

    . . . . . (y^2) = 4

    That would make the solution set (0,-2) and (0,2).

    The equation given isn't the equation of a parabola. it is basically a quadratic equation in x. If the equation have been y=a million/4(x^2-2x+5) then it could the equation of a parabola that would desire to be rewritten as y=a million/4(x-a million)^2 +a million.
