Should I break up with my girlfriend?

We have been together for 3 months, I'm 19 and she's 18.

We have reached this stage where she feels totally comfortable with me and she now acts differently.

What I mean by this, she's starting to grow independent and with that, not really showing any respect towards what I have to say.

An example, I've told her that I feel uncomfortable that she speaks about our relationship to my guy friends. I don't want to hear about our issues along the grapevine, and it shouldn't be their business.

How ever, she has given me the "deal with it" speech, the thing is, I go out of my for her, but she is accusing me for not letting her do what she wants.

I'm sitting on the fence about breaking up with her, this isn't the first time she has been acting like this, and it's gotten to me.

Even though I still love her very much, I'm unhappy, what should I do?

Well ask yourself honey, not the internet.

But if you're not happy, it's not worth it. You owe it to her to end it as soon as possible so she can move on. If you're not happy and you're still with her and she doesn't want to change, you're prolonging the inevitable. And you owe it to yourself to move on.
