What do you think would be the next line of this sentence?

Down in the Ground Where the Dead Men Lie.

I am just curious as to what you think would come next if you read this in a book. I am planning on writing another short story with this line in it and I already have the next line but I am curious as to what comes to mind when you read this and what you think would be the next line.

BQ: If you read this line would you keep reading?

I would automatically assume this was a poem if i did see the "book" part in your description. It would be difficult to say what would come next, is this the very first sentence starting the book? Are you describing the setting?

I would say: In the surrounding area where the shadows lurk and the timid hide.

Keep reading? It's a sentence.. but yeah, I'd wonder where you'd be going with this.
