Sausage patties and what else for dinner?

So I'm making homemade sausage patties for dinner, but I can't think of what to make along side them. Pasta was an option, but we eat that too often. I know for sure I'm doing some roasted veggies, but I need something a bit more substantial with it.

    Try having breakfast for dinner. Eggs are not just for your morning meal. Besides switching it up might be fun. Also you can put almost anything in an omelet with the sausage in it or on the side.

    Omelettes, that way you can put the roasted veggies in the omelettes.
