Should you use monday and saturday or mondays and saturdays in the paragraph?

Dan opened another tab on his web browser and searched for "Schwartzman NYPL". The first result that came up directed him to the Schwartzman library page on the NYPL website. On the page, there was information about the Schwartzman Library's working hours. The library was open the entire day Mondays to Saturdays, and from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Sundays.

    I'd use the ones ending with s, because the days and their timetables are being "repeated" week after week, it's not just one saturday, monday or sunday, but many.
