My yahoo email is frozen. How do I "unfreeze" it?

Everything else is working fine, but when I go to click on my messages, they won't open. Is there a simple way to fix this? Thanks in advance for your help.

    1st try closing the email window and then reopen.

    If this doesn't do the trick--reboot the computer.

    I've rebooted my machine 3 times and still doesn't work.
