Why am I feeling this way?

I am 19 years old, and for about a month now I've been getting pains and soreness below my shoulders and sometimes in my chest and my upper back. They come out of nowhere, and last anywhere from 2 minutes to a few hours. I don't lift weights or any other kind of exercise using those muscles I just go for walks. Recently, for about a week now, I've been not feeling hungry for like half a day, then super hungry but also feeling like if I eat something I will vomit, then i just feel normally hungry. And for a few days now I've been randomly getting really light headed and feeling like I am going to faint, but I never do thankfully. What is going on with me? :(

Update:

@ Kat: I am 100% positive that i am not pregnant, I don't know what's going on :(

As far as the eating thing, you should go to your doctor and get checked for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). I'm severely hypoglycemic and some days are a lot worse than others. One of the symptoms of hypoglycemia is getting light headed and sometimes fainting (I've only fainted twice, I'm 21). After my blood sugar dips, I feel very sick to my stomach which makes it hard to eat when I have to or I'll faint!

Do you feel light headed when you haven't eaten in a while?

I have to eat every 3 hours something with heavy protein to sustain my blood sugar. Try adding more protein to your diet.

I'm not sure about the pains and soreness! I think everyone gets a little sore sometimes from really random things or activities we do that we don't normally think we'll get sore from. Just relax :)

    It'll be okay.

Just go see your doctor about the eating and fainting thing cause if you don't tend to it properly it can turn into diabetes when you get older.

    Good luck!
